Besides the addictive crispy edges of this square-shaped pizza, Roy has managed to achieve a certain fluffiness to the dough when baked, topped with unique ingredients that are not commonly seen elsewhere. There are currently four sourdough pizza flavours with two meaty options, one mushroom version and a seafood choice, including a side of Parmesan Garlic Sourdough Knots.

My preferred choice will have to be the signature pizza termed, Kryptonite ($28), which is essentially the clam and garlic sourdough pizza. The generous chunks of clam meat are perfumed with the garlic aroma and paired well with the tangy tomato sauce base on the aged sourdough crust. I can fully understand why it is called Kryptonite as it will be a weakness for many, especially those on a diet plan. The next recommendation will be the cheekily named That-10k-Bitcoin-Pizza ($28), a classic pepperoni and rare cheese sourdough pizza that hopefully will get you rich from your investments after eating it. Do not miss out on the Roy’s Favourite Mushroom Pesto Sourdough ($26) and Here Comes The Sun: Roast Beef & Garlic Sourdough ($30).
