Second visit to Forty Hands and I HAD to order the Tau Sar Pau (~$2.5) again. Although some of my friends who live nearby say that the quality is inconsistent, I found it just as fluffy and satisfying as the first time I tried it! It is served hot and comes really quick. The filling is smooth and not too sweet, it’s just nice. Perfect to share with your dining partner (provided you can resist gobbling it all up), before your breakfast meal or main course. I don’t usually go for Tau Sar Pau (much prefer meat pau), so my family was very surprised that I really liked this. Would definitely consider this as one of the best (if not the best) in Singapore!!!
