Saltwater venus clams, local spices, roasted garlic wine 》$18

This is a savoury and highly addictive dish that I won't mind having the whole dish to myself. We were excited to dive into this the moment it was served on the table. The clams are tossed in an asari infused broth with lots of garlic, scallions and chilli padi for the spicy kick. It also carries a distinct hint of white wine used instead of sake.
