While it may be a "dupe" from the renowned Tim Ho Wan from Hong Kong, I'm pretty impressed with Imperial Treasure's quality!
Personally, I feel that it's actually better than the franchise in Singapore that uses char siew that tastes kinda fake to me. Outer shell is warm and crispy, while the inside is filled with tender pork steeped with sauce that has the right degree of saltiness πŸ˜› I like how it's not laden with fats too cos I'm healthy like dat πŸ’ #likereal So happy with my discovery!
