Burrata and parma ham is always a reliable starter to go with! We went for the chef's special for a big size (usual portion is $19) to share among the ten of us. Weren’t sure at first if this bigger than fist sized ball of burrata would have its quality compromised, but we still got our mouths of soft and stringy cheese! My only gripe, more parma ham please?
