I can’t name all my kuehs, but the Penang buffet at Copthorne King’s Princess Terrace Cafe has one of the largest kueh selections I have ever come across in a buffet and they are all so good! My favourites include Kueh Beng Kah, Kueh Dar Dar, Kueh Seri Muka and this amazing pancake looking kueh that is served with caramelised banana sauce😍 Apart from kuehs, there is a live Ban Chang Kueh station where a super crispy peanut pancake is made on the spot and a Tau Huey station where you get to add regular syrup or gula melaka over the super soft soya beancurd❤️ Really spoilt for choice for deserts - and I don’t even have a sweet tooth to begin with (though the desserts are not too sweet I must say☝🏻)!

Back to the main course, there are Penang classics such as Penang Fried Kway Teow, Assam Laksa, Pork Curry, Satay and Duck with Salted Vegetable Soup. But what I really like is the Pork Trotters in Black Vinegar - it has just the right balance of sweet and sour and it is very addictive! This is also the first time I saw an automatic egg cooker - quite impressive😱 To be honest, I don’t have enough stomach space to try everything every time I am here because there is just too much food to try and limited capacity😛

If you are wondering about the price, I made my reservation via Eatigo and managed to get a 50% discount ($26.90++ for buffet lunch on weekends) woohoo🎉 If you are looking for a good buffet that serves homely comfort food without burning a hole in your pocket, this is a good place to try:)!
