This dish taught me that trout can taste and look almost exactly like salmon. I liked the trout which was cooked just right, such that it was tender and flakey. I was, however, not such a big fan of the yuzu sauce that had been drizzled over the zoodles as it was a little too tangy for my liking and made them soggy after a while.
