Taco Mantra has been serving up ugly delicious Indian-Mexican food out of Freehouse’s kitchen for a while now, and I’m glad to have tried a whole range of their offerings. One that’s sure to please meat lovers is their sharing platter; overflowing with ribeye steak, fried pork belly, chicken tikka, wings, samosas and papadum. Some of the standouts were the crisp pork belly, which had a pulled pork texture to it with the flavour and crunch of pork lard. If you’re out here to celebrate, no better way than with this platter of goodness! 👅
