This high SES sandwich is a special menu item featuring guest chef from Le Bon Funk and their signature beef tongue sandwich. The towering beef tongue filling complemented with a mayonnaise style eggy sauce and stacked between crusty brioche is a decadent treat for Friday lunches. I’m still relishing the moment while penning this. Only available for the month of Feb and with limited quantities daily, be sure to arrive before noon to avoid disappointment.
