Million thanks to the @burpple team for the hard work and @veronicaphua for the friendly hosting of the Hawker Omakase tonight! A really creative concept of fine dining in a Hawker centre setting with our beloved national Hawker food that went along with wine pairing 🍷 : spicy dumpling, popiah, tofu, chwee kueh, rojak, sour plum lime juice, broccoli, ngoh hiang, song fish head, claypot rice, black glutinous rice with salted coconut milk, sea coconut jelly. Met like-minded foodies who upped the game with their awesome plating and photography skills (which obviously I can't 😂).
