My quest to find decent yet affordable lobster rolls in Singapore hasn’t been easy, with many ranging from $35-$40 onwards.

So I was so glad to find this one at The Refinery as part of their weekend brunch menu. At $28, it’s not super cheap but yummy enough for me to be willing to pay for it. The lobster was fresh, and mixed with the mayo and other ingredients (onions?) in the buttery roll, it was really tasty yet surprisingly light!
