🍴Second visit here and sadly it’s less value-for-money now that the #burpplebeyond discount has changed from 1-1 mains to 20% off. Still relatively affordable and yummy brunch offerings in a cosy cafe.

𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐥 (3.5 ⭐️; $14) - Decent maguro tuna slices that were nicely seared but did feel that they could have been fresher and juicier; although, can’t really complain at this price point. Paired with juicy mushrooms, wakame, furikake, and truffle sesame soy, it made for an overly flavourful bowl. However, personally couldn’t quite taste any truffle and would have liked for stronger or more wasabi for a punchier spice element. Favourite part was the crispy and flavourful garlic-herb breadstick.
