As I sit here having my Crabcake Benedict at Collective Brewers, I'm already regretting not ordering their signature Beef Rendang Grilled Cheese. Slow cooked till almost falling apart, the rendang is unctuously saucy, spicy and boasts hints of tangy sweetness. The melted provolone and cheddar just barely manages to hold in all that oozy goodness in between the brioche slices.
