Woah woah woah, look at all those meat basking in their own glory. This platter consists of black angus beef steak, roasted chicken, US pork tenderloin, duck breast, lamb rack, smoked cheese sausage, roasted vegetables and baby potatoes - a great choice for sharing (amongst 4) to satisfy the diverse taste buds. All the meats were done well, with my votes going to the mushroom sauce-topped chicken for being extremely tender and the potatoes for having a nice herb coating. The beef also went extremely well with the accompanying sauce, but it would be nice if they could ask for our preferred level of doneness.
