Restoring myself at this newly opened Taiwanese vibe @alleyweisg Cafe. If you had seen their advertising video on Facebook, you will be like me having high hope for this place. I mean like woah, the video they make really give you a vibe that the food will be great.๐คค

Serves hot/warm.
Beancurd had a jiggly firm texture with a smooth and pure surface in a bowl of natural bland stock. Topped off with preserved turnip and spring onion. Natural soya beany taste, too healthy. It is good but not to my liking cause I had better ones before. The taste here I would say great for light and healthy taster.
You Tiao(Dough Fritter)($1.80)๐คจ
Dough fritter were deep fried on the spot to ensure quality. Crispy yet fluffy on every bite but somehow the texture is kinda doughy and can taste the oil too. A mixed feeling tho.
Scallion Pancake($4.20)๐

Don't waste your money on this item. This is too normal. I think you cook your own taste better too. Super doughy, elastic, small flat piece of chinese roti prata with little scallion taste in it. Definitely a no go for this item. What a bad recommendation from the staff.
Overall, a mixed feeling. Its okay yet not okay and somehow lack some factor to give an authentic Taiwanese vibe.
Oh... And their flow of service is unclear too. Not sure is find a seat first or order liao then sit down. The person that is keeping the plate is just staring into space. Not helping bro.
