This is a piece of tofu skilfully sliced using the knife into 3600 strands to form the shape of a chrysanthemum. That's crazy knife skills from award-winning Chef Wu Hai Feng, who claimed the title of 刀神 and highest award of "2014 Gourmet Chef".

This is a delicacy requiring at least 5 years of knife training experience to execute. The chrysanthemum-shaped tofu sits in a bowl of chicken broth slow-simmered with 2 types of chicken for 8 hours. Sweet.
