ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: Grilled well as the texture isn’t too rubbery but still provides the occasional snap as you bite it. The seasoning on the squid with a drizzle of lime is good enough on its own hence the Gochujang Mayo acts as a supporting character, truth be told most only remember the main cast. 🍴

My only gripe is that the squid could be grilled a little longer for a crispier edge with a smoky finish but there’s a risk to pay which is sacrificing its perfect texture for a grilled squid. So you see, humans are naturally greedy sometimes you can’t get the best of both worlds so appreciate what is served to you. 🔖
