Generous bowl of salmon sashimi cubes, mentaiko sauce, tobiko and chuka wakame, on a bed of sushi rice with a touch of furikake mixed in. The chunky sashimi cubes were fresh, and paired great with its creamy and rich mentaiko sauce.
