The ‘Local Delights at Ginger’ buffet menu is created by Executive Chef Vincent Aw and his team, which features heritage Malay and Indonesian favourites, including the iconic Haig Road Putu Piring that is available daily and prepared a la minute.

In addition to the dessert, diners can look forward to the following dishes that are only available for dinner such as lamb murtabak, grilled ayam percik, lobster nasi lemak, Ginger ‘Ramly’ burger and braised lamb shank tulang from the ordering menu. My favourites will have to be the grilled ayam percik and Ginger ‘Ramly’ chicken burger. The former has the smoky aroma from the charcoal grill while the latter is a miniature elevated version of the famous roadside burger. Prices for the dinner buffet start from $65 for adults and $32.50 for children during Mondays to Thursdays, $75 and $37.50 respectively on Fridays, weekends and public holidays.
