This Hokkien Fried Prawn Mee ($8) from Li Yuan (丽园) is one of the must-try food if you visit Pasir Panjang Food Centre. The noodles were al dente and not a bit soggy. They were packed with the savoury and sweet flavours for that tasty broth. I like that it was not too wet and served on banana leaf. And of course, I love to see that there were 5 whole prawns and thickly sliced squid.
