Thin crusted Japanese oyster with a simple tangy dressing which allowed for the oyster’s briny flavours to shine through. The plump oysters were fresh and creamy! Remember to use Burpple Beyond when you’re here, you can choose from their meat steak, seafood or agemono dishes for one-for-one.
