Feature Apple Wood Roasted ‪42 Days Peking‬ Duck “Signature Mott 32 Cut”
Using Malaysian Duck, the duck undergoes a 42-day aging process, and Prior to serving, the duck will be roasted with apple wood inside a custom brick oven to seal in all juices.
The duck was so tender, juicy, flavourful, and with very crispy skin that contain the perfect amount of fat.
Diners can enjoy the duck in two ways , first dip the crispy skin into raw cane sugar. And second cradle the tender duck meat with thin fresh steamed pancake, cucumber, scallions and hoisin sauce with twirls of sesame sauce and peanut sauce.

Due to limited quantities daily, diners need to make pre order 24 hours in advance.
