Prepare to be dazzled by their pastry case as everything looks so pretty and you just can’t decide which to have.
Here are the two that I decided to try out (“Bananier” was sold out :( )
Fluffy consist of white chocolate mousse, strawberry cremeux, passionfruit jelly and almond genoise (sponge cake). The white chocolate mousse had real good smooth texture and wasn’t as sweet as expected (which is perfect!) however it is too monotonous on its own. The existence of the strawberry cremeux really leveled the cake up! Love how tart and delicious the cremeux was! The almond genoise also played a good role to add some texture without diminishing ‘fluffiness’ of the cake. Indeed the ‘fluffiest’ pastry I’ve ever had 🥰
