When an ex-Din Tai Fung chef opens a coffeeshop stall, this is the first dish most would order. For the fried rice, you get pretty much the same flavour though not the pearly rice grains. For the pork chop, the marination is on the milder side (and seems slightly smaller portion wise), but still nailed it. And for $6? I’d totally come back once the queue/waiting time is much shorter!

Also highly recommended is the lip-smacking steamed chicken side dish!
