Not a MALA XIANG GUO connoisseur myself but the MXG served here had a slightly different mala flavour profile that stood out to me, in a good way of course. If you’re curious, here’s what I usually pick in my MXG - sliced beef, sliced pork belly, enoki mushrooms, beancurd strips, kang kong, lotus root & most importantly instant noodles!
