In Chinese, it literally means kkan (dry), pung (stir-fry), and gi (chicken). Chunks of boneless chicken are seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, then mixed with some starch to make it crunchy once fried - one of my favourite NEW dishes introduced by @yooganesg
