Visually it’s already different from the usual presentation, this sweet crepe has been cut into bite size pieces! The heat might be too strong when preparing the crepe so it tasted close to Indian Tosai, quite an interesting flavour. The fig jam by the side is made with earl grey, camembert & honey.
