The base was brioche that was lightly toasted, with pieces of mushrooms scattered on it. Each slice of bread had a perfectly-poached egg wrapped in prosciutto, and was topped with a pretty generous serving of hollandaise sauce. Break the egg and let the yolk flow and the hollandaise sauce flow over the bread and mushrooms for a savoury breakfast!

Despite its looks, it is more than enough to fill your tummy, probably because the hollandaise sauce was pretty thick. For $24++, it is one of the cheaper all-day breakfast items on Wild Honeys menu.

Wild Honey was pretty empty on a weekday morning but if you are coming here on a weekend, it would be best to make a reservation in advance and buy a Chope voucher beforehand if you wish!
