Small plates, banh mi dishes and sharing portions of various meats - from the Iberico Pork Belly to the John Stones Irish Rib Eye, paired with your choice of sauce such as the Yuzu Bearnaise and Sambal - round up the savoury offerings, with a small selection of desserts and cocktails for post-chow treats. I think I may require a second round of grub elsewhere though, as the portions are fairly Lilliputian.

PS There is an on-going soft launch promo - 20% off the total bill when you dine from 10 to 20 August 2017. However, upon receiving the bill, I was told that the discount is already accounted for in the prices you see on the printed menus, which....is a claim that doesn't sit very well with me, particularly given the phrasing of "20% off the food/total bill" appearing in all promotional literature. I feel really, really ripped off. [I wrote about the woeful experience on http://secretlifeoffatbacks.com/2017/08/butcher-boy-singapore-of-disappointment-and-phantom-discounts/
