The 𝘼𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙞 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙥 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙤𝙣 (~$17) is hands down my go to bowl. Chunks of lightly torched salmon were soft to the bite, and the scallop flavoured well with an apparent truffle paste. 🍣
