The key ingredient, the bagels, were the right amounts of dense, chewy and crusty. The luscious beef was inspiredly complemented by a nice earthiness from the shitake and ginger scallion chimchurri sauce. Whilst doneness was good, the steak was a bit too chewy at some parts. But still, it's easy to see where their hype came from.
