Finally checked the place out today after a session at @mudrockceramics. The skins here are very light and thin. Just how I like them and the filing was pretty good too. Only gripe, no fried shallots. The popiah here is all DIY so it’s pretty fun except mine turned out all like fat pillows instead of long slender bolsters
