The fusion of local flavours in pastas is not uncommon but what's a real good chili crab pasta? Here's the answer. Tangy, spicy chili crab sauce drenched over a huge portion of spaghetti without overpowering flavour despite its thick creamy texture. I would have liked it even better if it was linguine, for a better blend with the chili crab sauce. The addition of chili padi surely packed a punch. And look at those white succulent crab meat, to describe them as "jumbo lumps" on their menu, it's really not exaggerating at all. Available in half/full portion ($16/$23).
