🚞It’s so adorable that I couldn’t bear cutting into the cake! NEW on @chateraise.singapore menu is their two after school snacks that not only appeal to children but to adults as well. Check out their Choo Choo Train roll cake ($33) that is filled with fresh chocolate cream and chestnut cream. The chocolate cream 🍫is made with Belgian Couverture Chocolate. At the centre of the roll cake is chestnut cream, a marriage of ingredients from France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. The roof of the chimney is made with bouche while the wheels of the train are made with cookies. I love how light and fluffy the cake was. It’s the perfect example of a cake that looks good on the outside and taste good on the inside. DELICIOUS!👏🏼🥰🥰

The second item on their new menu is the Chocolate Bear🐻 ($5.10). It is made and decorated with pure chocolate. It consists of a layer of rich and luscious chocolate fresh cream that sits atop an airy cocoa sponge, which is also filled with chocolate chips.

These cakes are available only in Singapore and Japan. Do head down to the nearest Chateraise stores to check them out. Using only the freshest and quality ingredients, it’s no wonder their cakes are always so delicious.
