Was impressed by Breakfast Sammy ($12) the first time round, but loved this even more! While Breakfast Sammy uses brioche, you get very well toasted sourdough here - packed with roasted cremini and shiitake, arugula, mix cheese, caramelised onions and Korio sauce. Mushrooms were juicy, and while it was generously cheesy, it was also balanced out well with the sweet onions. Would have liked even more of the onions, but it’s still one good sandwich that I can finish on my own!
