From What The Fish! SG we had fresh green pepper seabass. The fish is first grilled, then poached over fire in rich broth and an assortment of spices to bring out the aromatic taste. The spice does build up for this. If you're a non-spicy eater, opt for one of the other 5 different tantalising flavours instead 🐟

This is supposed to come with 2 bowls of pearl rice but we didn't take that as there would be too much food for us.
