Meat lovers should definitely consider getting the Misto Carne ($28), it comes topped with salami, ham, chicken slices and chunks of peppered sausage. However, for the price you are paying, there are definite better options out there.  Modesto’s has all the elements for a great dining experience but somehow still doesn’t live up to expectations. For a restaurant that’s charging about $30 for pasta and pizzas, it would do them good to also serve complimentary tap water instead of charging for Dasani mineral water served in plastic bottles.
