Roast Paradise has established a reputation as serving one of the best char siews in Singapore at their Old Airport Road Food Center outlet, and i’m glad to say that the standard at Lau Pa Sat is the same. The charred meats which were caramelised to perfection were very tender and were melt-in-your-mouth yummy!

They also offer a decent Roast Pork and Rose Essence Soya Sauce Chicken in their menu too. You can pair your meats with choice of their Hakka Noodles or rice (I personally prefer the noodles!).
