It was a shiok shiok spicy experience.
The grilled flavourful pork rib was fork 🍴 tender and tear easily off the bone 🍖. One can't help but eat with fingers.
One was surprised that the lamb soup was so rich and milky, with a peppery aftertaste. The meat was melt in the mouth, without any strong gamey taste which was commonly found in lamb.
The cauliflower was surprisingly soft, coated in a sweet sauce which tasted surprisingly well matched.
