I'm so glad we ordered this, despite thinking that we should only order steak at a steakhouse. Then again, I realised this is more than a steakhouse, it's a "steak and seafood grill", and this dish certainly carried the torch for the restaurant.

This lovely platter came with maine lobster, hokkaido scallops, skull island tiger king prawns, fremantle octopus, and new zealand little neck clams. All of which had a lovely smokey scent on the exterior, so heavenly that I had to ask what grill they had used to fire this. And definitely, it's also the freshness of the seafood and the mastery of the grill that allowed each seafood here to retain their juices and tenderness.

Certainly not cheap, but this is meant to be shared between two person, so feel free to share the love and share the bill :)
