Thick and heartwarming, the soup was quite slurp worthy to me . This ramen joint is quite impressive but I wouldn't say it's one of the better ones. The noodles are nice and springy and the chasu were well cooked, but something is lacking here. Probably it was the egg that didn't meet up to my expectation of a perfectly cooked ajitsuke egg.
