A genius invention. Instead of serving ice cream next to the molten lava cake, they made both the cake and ice cream stars of the show by playing mind tricks on us. That also meant none of that amazing grainy salted egg lava went to waste as we mopped it all up together with ice cream. Fantastic textures too with those yummy crispy bits at the bottom. Best savoury dessert to date!
