Springy and QQ noodles in shallot oil and soya sauce are served with slices of char siew, a spoonful of minced pork and a dollop of homemade chilli. The noodles may look plain and dry but don’t be fooled by the look. The minced pork is well-seasoned and flavourful while the shallot oil that coats the noodle is incredibly aromatic. One thing to beware of is their fiery homemade chilli that packs a punch and keeps me coming back for more.
