Pretty surprised when I saw this huge portion of food. The poached eggs came out perfect, it opens beautifully when your knife runs through it. The little cubes of cheese provided that dimension of creaminess and sourness to the toast. Would definitely recommend this simple yet fulfilling brunch choice!
