the charcoal cha shu ramen was super flavorful & intense. the soup started off feeling thick and salty before we were hit with a strong smoky flavor, albeit heavier on the palate but it tasted incredibly well-rounded. the slices of cha shu was also very soft and tender with the same smoky flavor. i really liked the pairing of the vegetables with the meat - the vegetables was crunchy and pretty much tasteless so it helped to cut through the oiliness of the soup and meat.
