Can't say no to scallops! It was pretty good, though nothing to write home about. Scallops were pretty moist and nori wrapped around the middle gave it a different aroma once you hit the middle. Think I expected more from the pork though (in my head pork=bacon 😝) which added a nice bite to it but didn't do much else.
Chicken wings were alright too, nice char on them but otherwise I think we'll stick to the Ton Toro Pork Skewers! 😋
