However, if the Bobby Smalls is a good benchmark for their other sandwiches, then oh boy, we must eat the entire menu one of these days. With so many bagel and sandwich cafes opening recently, competition is firing up to be crowned the top place in Singapore and I will highly regard Korio as one of the frontrunners.

Back to the Bobby Smalls, it is definitely not small in terms of taste and statue. Sandwiched between a potato bun, it is stacked with crispy spam, cheddar & American cheese, fried egg, arugula, and hot mayo; every ingredient done in a right proportion will result in an absolute flavour bomb. Even though we had it for takeaway and only ate it an hour later, it was still as delish as it looks.
