Market Bistro offers a satisfying dining experience with a well-balanced menu. The fried brussel sprouts made for a delightful starter, crispy with a bold sweet sauce that elevated the flavors. The Irish duck confit was tender and flavorful, paired unexpectedly well with the mashed sweet potato, adding a nice touch to the dish.
The grass-fed striploin was well-cooked and enjoyable, particularly at its price point. We ended with the chocolate brownie, rich and dense, perfect for those craving an indulgent dessert. Overall, the meal was pleasantly balanced, and Market Bistro proved to be a great find at MBFC. Drinks were wallet-friendly, with two beers at 10.50++, and the spacious dining environment was cozy and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.
