In the menu, there are dishes that are in the mainstay menu of all sen-ryo restaurants and dishes that are exclusive to the Singapore outlet. These include the sen-ryo Sushi ($8.80) and Grilled Chicken Thigh in Charcoal Style Sauce ($7.80), both available at all sen-ryo restaurants with the former an indulgent bite of Hokkaido uni, negitoro and ikura on sushi rice.

Dishes that are only available in Singapore include the DIY Hokkaido Uni ($58), an interactive play on wrapping your own maki with the uni, sushi rice, ikura, cucumber strips and roasted seaweed, Grilled US Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras ($28) on a flavourful sauce that contains mirin and black pepper, Soft Shell Crab and Mango Nama Haru Maki ($16.80) which is a refreshing starter, Kaisen Soy Nabe ($32) that has king snow crab legs, scallops, Kuzukiri noodles, Kaisen Dobin Mushi ($6.80) and the sen-ryo Tamagoyaki with Mentaiko Sauce ($2.80), a signature dish that features fluffy and sweet Japanese omelette topped with torched mentaiko. For desserts, diners can look forward to the Mizu Warabi Mochi ($5.80) and Cream Catalana with Mixed Berries ($9.80).
