Having totally mixed feelings about this Crème Brulee ($8.90++) from Collin's because there's no crack to the caramelised sugar and the dessert pretty much hadn't set because it was runny and liquidy.

Then comes the taste - it tastes REALLY GOOD, as in addictively good. I like that the sugar-custardy sweetness feels just right to me while the raspberries provide a slight tangy contrast with the mint leaves giving a bit of refreshingness.

To pass this or not? I'm so torn! I suppose the texture is something that can be improved upon and is probably an issue of the dessert not setting in time, so I do see myself ordering this again next time in hopes that it will turn out near-perfect at the very least. Welp, for now this is truly a case of 'you win some, you lose some' I guess. 😂
